Elements of Nature
This yoga program is inspired by the five elements of nature: earth, water, fire, air, and space. In yoga, each element has its own traits, poses, chakras, and energy – all of which reside within us. These five practices will connect you to the elements by manifesting their physical and spiritual attributes in full-length, full-body flows. We will close the program with a special pranayama class. Together we will express the specific qualities of an element, whether it is fluidity of movement in the water class, feelings of grounding and balance in earth, or the connection of breath and body in air. The beauty of yoga is its ability to expose interconnectedness. These element-inspired sequences allow you to tap into the fundamental characteristics that unite us with each other and the universe.
