fusion program. Ballet Barre Fusion is a workout program that takes the best
of barre and ballet. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements
designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. In
addition, this full body workout also develops agility and flexibility. It's suitable for all ballet/barre levels and designed to
progressively define and strenghten your body. The program is for everyone, so no ballet experience is needed. It can be completed in
the comfort of your home or anywhere you have enough room to move. No equipment is needed, other than a mat and chair.
